wow! thanks for posting. Sure would be nice if you can tell us where we can see this flying TPU or UFO? Now we know the goverment is much more advanced than us mortals and only slightly behind the aliens!

I wonder if the author of the photos took a video, now that would be proof. If he was able to take a picture right under the UFO, why couldn't he just video it? I don't know it just seems logical to me. Most modern digital cameras record video. He even took the time to focus the shots.

Ummm WOW, I just cant believe this is a real photograph . But after analyzing it .
I found no evadence that this was rendered in any of the highend rendering systems ,
Mental Ray ,Render Drive , Brazil Spluttfish , Renderman ..
Its the shadows I looked at that are so very important when analyzing. I see no hint of ray tracing . These shadows when cover with a ruby filter and extruded in 3D seem to be on a real object. All digital elevation data tells me it's real . Though I know in my mind it cant be , it's just to perfect. There is a lack of dirt , everthing gets dirty here.
Who ever did this is the best I have seen and I have no idea what renderer they used.

It would be good if it were real, though there was no mention of dimensions to give you the scale.
Looks like a test craft or remote vehicle, no windows or payload space.
He (Chad) could take a compass, a fluorescent tube and a set of kitchen scales with a 1Kg weight, to test a few ideas.
I would have thought it unlikely for it to be a military test craft as they would want to keep it under wraps, so it must be ET dropping in for a poke around.
A video of it would be good.
Too many animation artists on the site have already said this is an obvious fake so it is most likely just that. Shame.

the image looks WAY too clear to be real. first time i have ever seen a UFO object that creative. maybe the aliens got a new set of models .. heheheh ::)
if artists can create even moving pictures like in stargate, and even babylon .. there is no chance this image can be real

I always wonder, how they do it with Compter generates programs, that
they put this Ufo behind some trees, so the trees are in the foreground
and partially cover the sight of the UFO ?
This can not be done by a simple Genlock device or program.
Does it somehow work with layers, so they have the picture of the
tree in a front layer ?
Just adding the 2 pictures would not work , as you would
see leaves and UFO mixed, so you need to see only the leaves
at this places, but not the UFO...
But then they somehow have to build masks, so that the tree leaves
must just be in the foreground, but the sky around
the leaves must be transparent, so the UFO can be seen ?
So do they just do these masks on a pixel basis so that it is so
exact or how do they do this masking in so extreme fine resolution ?
Are some CGI experts here ? IronHead ?
Can somebody explain this in detail ?

Few different ways , one is by "auto generate mask" based on color and shift with per pixel fall off and pixel tracking . the other is a paintbrush like tool that paints with a mask.
There is another way as well using blocking models and are modeled in the space of the tree which will not render but will block the area of the ship so the tree will appear to cover it. Most of the time these blocking models will be used to cast shadows as you can tell the renderer to render the shadows from the model but not render the model itself. So the model is basically invisible.
Since the sky is blue and little else is, auto generate would be used in this scene with minor correction using a per pixel brush.
