It is the German Wolfgang Czapp from Stuttgart, Germany
visiting Daniel Dingel a few years back and asking him a few questions...
although Wolfgang did not have much knowledge at the time of his visit
about the technology as you can hear from his questions...
About 2 years ago a french guy from the watercar yahoogroups list
visited Dingel and saw Dingel start his car without the
electrolyser being running ! Also he smelled gasoline and said, it is
probably a fake or Dingel just uses the oxyhydrogen just only additionnally
to driving with gasoline....
Hmm...Dingel did also never let any outsiders completely test his car
as I know of... Maybe he has a hidden gasoline tank in there ?

But I am quite convinced that it is possible to run a car completely
by splitting water on demand.
You have to use a vacuum pump to get an even better vaccum above the
water to do this.
This way you can generate much more HHO gas !

Regards. Stefan.

Vacuum Pump? Could you elaborate a little more about that? Doesn't water vaporize at 0 atmospheres?

i have pumped out air down to around -10hg and it did not evaporate water, in fact ithink that bottle is still around here somewhere years later.

How much of the bottle was/is filled with water? I'm just guessing here, but, the water should only vaporize until it runs out of space to vaporize in. Maybe try the same test with just a couple of drops of water and see what happens. Water vaporizes @ 100 degrees @ 1atm (boiling). 200 degrees @ 2atm and so on. So, technically, water should vaporize @ 0 degrees and 0atm. Can water vaporize without air? Is it easier to "split" water into gas when it's in a vaporized state? How do you suck the air out of a bottle and seal it anyway?

Hi,

@hartiberlin you might check this out about making it vacuum.

By the look of it an engine is quite capable of sucking your HHO producing tank vacuum.
And indeed a boiling kind of effect can be seen. Very interesting.
