Interestingly in 1974 a binary picture code was transmitted
from the Chilbolton antenna into space.

the GPS coordinates are already provided mate. +37? 24' 05.40", -116? 52' 2.34" .. paste those into maps.google.com and view it in satellite mode.
it is part of Government property .. the Nellis Air Force Range (aka Area 51) ... the coordinates above are approx 30 miles from Area 51.
if u look closely, you will see that the dark areas are entrances to underground facilities .. (it is possible that this area is like S4, the one Bob Lazar talks about; the Nellis range and the Nevada Test center (south west of groom lake) are HUGE .. they can easily have hundreds of underground facilities)
there is also a cross looking structure to the north east of the circle, farther east there is what looks like an old airstrip. theres another facility complex to the West of the circle.
