hi  all 
i make push pull  oscilator   whit  <<<<10 volts  whit  0,6 miliampers input energy >>
the  out  ele. energy  is   38 volts  whit 0,4 miliampers  i mean dc out  whit 10000uf   capacitator  >>> whit  bulb 220volts  100w  i bring  38v  whit 0,4 miliampers  ::)

what  i whill done  to increase power out

possibly , the metering from milliamperes are WRONG ,
because you cant test them if this is not DC (directcurrent)
As Meter say WRONG because you dont use 50 Hz , no sine-waves.
all other forms , the Meter say an wrong value
