Title: Steven Greer and Seaspower tried to contact Steve Mark

According the Dr Steven Greer (of the groups Seaspower and the Disclosure Project), his organization had tried to contact Steve Mark but the trail had gone cold and they could not locate him.

I totally agree with him.  As soon as we get something like the TPU built, post it here, send it to him, send it to everybody.  DON'T SIT ON IT! :D  It's a perfect solution to suppression.

As Steven Greer has already said; to do what this type of disclosure requires, a person needs to be willing to go the distance; one who is willing to do the right thing bc it is the right thing to do (not for some personal benefit, patent ownership, or life security). Those people who are willing witnesses and have come forth with the truth to the atrocities and technology advances hidden away are those of true knightly character because they are willing to take the heat and even put their lives on the line to advance humanity. These people are truly inspired to leave a great legacy for future generations of humanity.

To quote JFK "We choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard, because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills, because that challenge is one that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling to postpone, and one which we intend to win"

steve mark, or whatever his real name is, apparently doesn't fit this category. (look don't think i am harsh, i was sympathetic, but to sit on this for over a decade and to do so because of "safety" concerns? please i am not that stupid. i gave up on SM months ago.) He can fix his decade old mistake in a day if he wanted to.

who am i to talk though, i am not an electronic genius nor am i rich; who am i to talk except for my own integrity.

Usually the reason for an inventor of a mysterious device that promises the world to disappear is that enraged investors are looking for him and not the MIB.

Could that be the case here??

Hans,
I think you might have it.  SM should have nothing to fear from fellow inventors, but he might have taken investor money without producing effective results.  I guess we'll not know unless someone actually can find this guy, but you have to consider why someone would hide after previously interacting publicly? 

Of course, he could just be tied of dealing with "outsiders" and focused on perfecting his invention for commercial release. 

Ahhh, we may never know!
