gota try these out on my Stand up Scooter .
First pic is stock second is the mod build  not yet complete.
The Mod Scooter will need the best battery system money can buy
and this looks promising. Thank for the links.

Seems that Pro. Val L. Fitch is a Nobel laureate, and, in his 80's is still around as far as I could find. He won the Nobel in 1980, 2 years before this article, so it seems they did not buy his silence with it.....perhaps they accomplished that by threatening to take it away. ;)

May be worth attempting to locate and contact him. Though my bet would be he'll say he knows nothing about it.

  The scooter is a nifty idea.
James, thanks for that bit of info, perhaps we can find out what actually happened!
