I agree, I emailed him that he should show it with a real load,
like a glowing light bulb...
I have though of this kind of effect before, but thought it would have definently been discoverd already if it worked. The Centrifugal force on free floating electrons, ofcoures when something spins there's an out force on all the masses that make it up, the atoms are more so stationary, but floating electrons would float outwards.
