Did you read Konstantin Meyl book "Scalar wave"? He said exactly the same thing...

I also read "Common Sense Science" (http://www.commonsensescience.org/) they don't believe in neutrino. At the opposite of quantum physics they believe there are very few real particles. For them neutral particles "neutron" are made of an electron and a proton, both having a doughnut shape, the proton in the middle on the same plane. Quiet interresting, there are similarity to the unreel of the neutrino into electron described by Meyl. If the neutral particule looses its proton, an electron left and can be harvested... Energy from the "vacuum" maybe?

You're right. The ZPE (or EM escalar, vacuum, aether, dark energy) is the same "dipole antigravity" http://www.dipoleantigravity.blogspot.com/

Dr Eugene Jeong (Ph.D. Physics, Michigan) have an excellent theory could explain it and he are engaged in serious funding to research that. He said the neutrinos are tachyons, once they travel fast than light, and that kind of particle is behing the electrokinesis phenomena of tapping ZPE into raw electricity (radiant devices). Here is his video where he explain in details the mechanism of electrokinesis inductance http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NhXV3ca1J6g&feature=PlayList&p=476376171804BE97&index=12
