@all
Forgive me if I am going over old ground here, but where is the patent for SM's TPU. He claims to have one and as far as I am aware (please do correct me if I am wrong) no one has been able to find it. Should the patent not be publically available, if not then surely there is no patent, is it all just hot air?
Why do not the mysterious corporation who supposedly brought it not object to such efforts as this replication?
Surely a hidden patent has no value, as it cannot be defended. A good defence against infringement would be that it was not in public arena and therefore any infringement was purely a re-discovery because no-one not even the inventor, who has communicated with people on here, can produce it?
Your thoughts.

There is no existence of a SM` TPU-patent !
The only patented,but not publicated, work is a special conductor material mixture !

There is the possibility that it was classified by the Government... but it seems very unlikely given the number of similar patents around... plus patents that would be considerably more likely to be classified have been posted in these threads...
@lancalV
Can you post a link to that patent here...

Has anyone thought to look into Statutory Invention Registrations instead of patents? They are often mistakenly called patents.
