Radiant Energy B-SSG Placebo effect
Has anyone considered that Faith my be required to get a B-SSG to produce REE "Radiant Energy Effect" and or RERE "Radiant Energy Recharge Effect"
Like the Placebo effect, perhaps you have to believe that it works, before it works. Working in with Magic or ART, the Artist ( and its state of mind) is more important than the canvass
