Title: Tunning Forks For HHO Generator
Post by: iron4umx on November 27, 2007, 11:41:27 PM
Hi, I have an idea and i want to share it with you, I have been hearing about the role that resonance plays in the generation of HHO.

I was wondering what would happen if we use tunning forks as electrodes in the HHO electrolyser, I know for shure that they will create resonance.

Also, for those familiar with electric guitars: We all know what a power chord is (if not just listen to "Smoke in the water") that chord has the special characteristic of being LOUD! so... You get the idea: Put some tuning forks that correspond with a good power chord.

I am open to any good or bad comments, I know it sounds kind of weird but it is worth it!!! this could be the key note to the puzzle.

Please, if you know anything about this or if someone has tried this before, please post your comment.

Yes,could work.
If you use guitar strings as the electrodes you could resonate them
and shake the bubbles loose this way.

Alsoit helps by putting an ultrasonic water moist bubbler into the HHO generator
as this also shakes loose the HHO bubbles much faster..
Also then you don?t have this white foam of HHO gas, butpure transparent bubbles..

Regards, Stefan.

Route third fifth....... C E G   good idea, should try all chords... therse a video on youtube of some rap music with a nice car that has what looks like a huge brands snifter filled with water stood up in the center console of his car , when his base hits around 50 or 40 something hertz the water starts vibrating different than normal.

Thank you all for the feedback, I will try your suggestions and post the results, I have so many Ideas in mind but i can only do one at a time.

I know that something big is about to happen in the field of alternate energy, research and development are going at an exponential pace.

power chords are the root/tonic of a chord and the fifth which produces a perfect fifth.  you get 2 tuning forks tuned perfectly a fifth apart and the third(major), along with all other pitches in that given overtone series, will resonate naturally.

Great Info BRAHMA!!! Rigth now we are just doing a basic 8 plate cell, we got some over heating issues, the plates are SS 1/16 In Appart from each other, they they draw massive current (30 amp on a charger and no PWM) but allso produce great output, I don't have the Litters/Hour gauge yet, but soon we will, rigth now we don't have a camera but we will in the near future.

For now we are going to put the cell close to some speakers and see what happens, we will try all sorts of things and write down what happens, we are not scientists, we are just regular people having a good time experimenting with this :-)

Thank you for your comments, we will keep in touch!!!
