Have a look at this info:

I wonder, if they also use some kind
of High voltage BackEMF pulse system onboard to
recharge the batteries on the fly...
Here are some more websites and videos about it:

I discovered a cheap and cheerful way to revive lead acid batteries years ago when I was into electric tricycles. It does not work with sealed batteries. First, do a discharge test to determine ampere-hour capacity, at say,4 amps. Now add 10 millilitres of Epsom salts to each cell, and charge battery. repeat discharge test. my experience is that after 3 or 4 charge- discharge cycles, capacity increases by about 400%. Does not work with every battery. Only try this on scrap batteries.
Please,
what exactly is Epsom salt
and how does it work ?
Many thanks.

Epsom salts is Magnesium Sulphate
I don't know how this works.

My chemistry teacher at school, 50 years ago, told me it works by some how displacing the sulphate[ lead sulphate?] on the plates of the cell. something about numbers in the electrochemical series I think. It was a long time ago....My experience is that it definitely works. If you have a battery that has lost most of its capacity, give it a try. you have nothing to lose.
This is interesting, but not new.
I'm sure he's using a battery desulfator.

I've been using one of these for a while and it works great. Highly Recommended.
You can also find DIY articles, but you can hardly build it for what Battery Life Saver sells it for.
Lee :)
Here the link of the best plan I see so far for making your own Lead-Acid Battery Desulfator.

I want to build this circuit soon, as soon I find all the parts, now time to find free dead battery :)

Here in america you can buy epsom salt at your local market. its used for many purposes. One of them is you take a bath with a couple table spoons in a hot bath to relive stress
hello and thank you Neptune
i am trying this since 3 days and up to now it DOES WORK, my very old seal battery was dead, since 7 years not working, not able to keep a charge, and today i was able to output 200 watts for a long time ! i have not decharge it completly i prefer to recharge it completly until no more current enter in the battery, and then i will perform a full discharge
so it is a very good idea to buy many old batterys and get a power source when the local system is not working, very good investment to buy epson salt, i have tried to crystallize epson salt some years ago with no result, i am very happy to use it now to revive old battery
it work, i will report later how much it work
