Bit more details would be nice. Hard to judge if we can't see exactly what you are doing. What pulsing cct?
Power requirements?

Base on 13v 1.6amp, straight dc produced more hydrogen than PWM, 
Have tried on many style of electrode such as sq. plates, round plate, rect. plates, cone shape etc. and this multi barrel machine gun is best among all. Next will work on the electronic pwm and step up voltage.

Is it the power supply which allows you to adjust the voltage and amperage 13v 1.6amp ?
