I would really like to replicate it. Unfortunately the circuit diagram is broken/unreadable. I heard of a guy from Texas who also succeeded in extracting energy from the ionosphere with an antenna.
There are also parallels to Henry Moray and the Edwin Gray tube !
It seems that the key to get such a device to work is the pulse ratio. This is also mentioned several times by Tesla when he describes his aether/Tesla-Transformers !

I had no experience like this, I could open the diagram quite easily by simple clicking on it.

concerning the Avramenko's Free Electron Pump. (You can find a lot of them using the site map). I guess, the diagram published by cronos9 is identical with one of them.

Hmmm, a Free Electron Pump is also a interesting thing. :-)
But all FEP-circuits I saw use a discharge lamp for shorten the energy-trap-loop. I suppose using a discarge lamp cause some losses in power, because some of the energy will be converted into light.
Maybe using an electronic component which change its resistance from very high to nearly zero after reaching a specific amount of voltage would not cause such losses. I don't know if such a componet exists, but if so, it sounds more promising using such an componetent instead of an discarge lamp. I am right?

Hmmm, shorten the energy-trap-loop by a low resistance component sounds a bit useless.
But I assumed that in the energy-trap-loop a transformer is embedded, which transform the periodic discarging of the high voltage capacitor to a usable low voltage (12 volt or so).
