energy creation:
if i make a wheel which will have always high torque in one side than the other side.will it keep rotates?

Yes, that should work,
but the quetion is, how do you do it without much energy to have one
side always with a higher torque ?
Please post your ideas into the gravity section
as drawing pictures or real photos.
