I think the topic says it all. The charged mass's inertia being able to be felt from afar because the charge is able to be felt from afar.
Magnetism is kinetic aether. When an electron moves through space it disturbs aether like a boat leaving a wake on the water. In a wire it will make a conical wake behind the electron. In an inductor it will make a spherical field like wake. Radio works because the electrons moving through a inductor generate a three dimensional aetheric wake. This aetheric wake travels through space and will cause a sympathetically tuned (same frequency) circuit to rock in its wake. The electromagnetic field of a radio transmitter only extends a few feet beyond the antenna, but the aetheric fluctuations can travel light years.
Electrons are not round, but a funny conical shape on the leading edge, and a semi half spherical shape on the trailing edge. They are designed to spin when they are pushed through the aethers.
When you push a direct current through a inductor it makes a continuous spherical field around the inductor. The magnetic field of the earth is similar, except it has a DC modulation of 7.8 Hertz.
Blessed Be Brother
The radio wave propogates and it's emf or mass inertial frame quickly merges into other inertial frames. But the charge oscillation continues on through the aether which I feel is comprised of vibrations of charge. I see aether as filled with vibrations of infinitely varying wavelenghths. Mass as resonant vibrations or vibrations synchronous with time. Dispersion force constantly battling concentration force, the creators of vibration.
