I see nothing at that link but words and they dont even discribe the device enough to even assume it works as they claim it does. Do you have any other information about this?

Thank you b0rg13. It is quite interesting and I will spend some time thinking about it.

I have been watching this for awhile and if any of you have seen the video you will here allot of air escaping, So this could mean some form of fraud possibilities as well. So caution is the order when looking at this one.

So nothing has happened in the 15 years since the demo?

AB Hammer, thank you and I hear what you are talking about. It sounds like air is being compressed and then released. I didn't notice anything in the design that had anything to do with compressing and releasing air. I guess I need to study it a bit more.

Here's what the patent says:

Abstract of EP0589122
The invention relates to the development of a mechanically and pneumatically controlled drive assembly for the generation of mechanical energy by utilising the lever principle, that is displacement of the centre of gravity of acting forces (gravitational and centrifugal force), by controlling mechanically and pneumatically unfoldable and foldable main articulated arms (6) which according to the design are mounted asymmetrically on a flywheel (2). The irregular interaction between the unfolding and folding main articulated arms (6), the outer ends of which are fitted with main weights (7), is converted into useful energy.

Now we are clear that the invention could use pneumatics.

I actually designed this on a placemat at my local resaturant when i was five years old. I think they stole it from me, Maybe. Not sure. Looks similar.  I went home that day and built it out or an erector set. I think my dad saved it. It might still be in his attic somewhere.

Yes is has pneumatics. they knew then as i have discovered that all gravity powered wheels are powered by hot air. The more hot air the better. They were able to run this machine on this day just from the hot air in the room full of psuedo inventors.

Just kidding, don't go crazy. But if the one i built when i was five is still running i'll let you know.

The secret is the weights aren't falling. the gravity and inertia shield that i have read about in others posts is placed under the rising side. ;0

No, but I see or should I say here the video they have has been quieted down quite a bit.
