Title: float wheel
Post by: cousinles on March 22, 2008, 01:41:07 PM
Hi everybody this is my first post on the forums. All I think about is a way I can produce free energy so I can rub it into the oil company?s face. I am currently working on a magnet motor it is a design nothing like I have never seen before and hopefully it works if it does I will post a video so people can replicate it. As I was working on my motor one last night  I thought of a new perpetual motion machine I do not think it will work because it so simple, but I cant figure out how it will would not work if somebody could explain to me why it wont  or possibly will that would be great.

You do not understand the principle of flotation.

At the bottom of of the water tank, the pressure of the water will push the bottom float down, not allowing the float to enter through the seal [sewl]. All of the floats combined could not lift the one float through the seal due to the water pressure at the bottom of the tank.

ok i understand it now I was thinking just add more floats until you get enough to pull the bottom float up but that will require more water that would make more pressure on the bottom float. I guess I can through that idea out the window. thanks for explaining it to me rather than telling me what I dont know.

You are welcome. It was a really good question actually. I ran into that one myself awhile back. In the field of overunity, most of the problems and results will be similar to this.

Yes, I guess, he weeps and gives a little hand impulse to the floating gizmo!
BTW: I never claimed this was a 'perpetual' motion device.

NER if the device had a slot at the top for the hook on the floot to stick out [in the water column] then maybe the cam wobble effect he shows with the gear drive would reach out and grab the float to complete the cycle  To build such a monster without having a smaller working device doesn't seem realistic   Chet

If you put a slit in the top of the water column wouldn?t the water in there empty in the resivore?

Not if the hook went above the slit  and just sat there waiting to be grabbed
