Has this any chance of working, the magnets are set to repell.
Two pulley wheels with toothed drive belt, cams on front of pulley's, light tension spring.
The springs will perfectly match the physical force required to align the magnets to repel in the an approperiate fashion. Minus loss, this device will never work.

Interesting, it may be worth a shot, but there is no guaranties. You may want to look at the angles that the magnets are coming in at from the arms.

This is what I see and hope will happen.
The physcal force of the magnet will push the roller to the apex of the cam then the spring also then gives the roller physical pushing force to act on the cam and assist in rotation.

When the statormagnet and rotor(belt) magnets are ligned up side by side you have an extreme attraction between the magnets. I assume this area is the sticky spot you will never escape from. I assume there is a triangle iron part behind every rotor(belt) magnet. If so this will weaken the magnetic repulsion in front of the stator magnet when desired, but the stator magnet and the iron will still attract eachother. It seems as a neuteral magnetic force when using a mix of iron and equal poles, but the truth is that the magnets are both still attracted to the iron part. You are just altering the magnetic path, but this altered path is also true in any position of that magnet - so you do not gain anything, or get rid of undesired magnetic forces. You can build it, and see what happens. I, however do not believe this will work.

This could be OU if it were to be placed horizontally, Rolomite bearings and or electro bearings holing the fulcrums. The main chage has got to be convertin on side to electro stators wrapped in Mu. Many armatures are needed. The belt is sufficient. I would love to argue this.
