the idea behind the motor is good, i dont know if the rotor will have enought force to push the lever where the magnetic shield is

something to try, i dont know if we can replace the horse magnet with 2 smaller magnet instead, near one to another with opposing force

the only problem is see with this design is the friction of the lever, if this work, i dont think the rotor can turn quite fast unless you have a lot of rotor in parallel with one level per rotor
