This is really cool if true. Here is the company's website, which of course is in Japanese, but you can glean some of what they are saying.

They are apparently being very hush hush about the revolutionary crux of the invention, which is how exactly they are separating H2O into H2 and O2 without an external source of energy. Maybe more news will come out soon.
