The socially edgy comic 'died' of heart failure...and coincidentally just like Stanley Meyer and a 'long' string of other world changing thinkers.
Coincidence or not ?
These days my TV is muted...only if I happen to be looking and notice something relevant do I de-mute it.
When I saw the old clips rolling by, I assumed he had died...my hands were occupied as I watched.
In case you haven't been keeping up with George's 'rants' of late...which had long been his comedic approach, he was coming on pretty hard on the members of the Bush crime family, as the being the real 911 terrorists...and making references to global elite string pullers behind the scenes.
Could be Mr. Carlin had too much activity upstairs to be oblivious to the elitist scams and illusions...and he was making too much noise...so he too had to go.
It would not surprise me in the least if reports of George receiving death threats surface from people he confided in.
There are various credible sources who speak of the existence of and routine use of technology capable of stopping the human heart, to eliminate perceived threats to the status quo.
That to me is not very difficult to believe, of humans to whom murder and torture are a compulsion.
I would dare say that if they had such a weapon at their disposal they wouldn't think twice about using it...that, and the individuals speaking of that technology and its usage seem to have good credentials and are without the outward signs of deception displayed prominently by our esteemed leaders/deceivers.
If there is any way possible to so in his new dimension, I believe George will be working like he's possessed to foul things up for the real "evil dewers".
In my humble opinion George would be a number 1 draft choice for any anti elite team...I hope he gets lots of playing time, up there, out there, or wherever he be.
Here is a snippet of him on the Keith Oberman News Show...

Howdy Cap-Z-Ro,
I would not be surprised if you are correct. Mr. Carlin was an outspoken critic of many things. Especially the Elite (Political, Religious and Societal). Now he can act without fear. I had especially loved his part in "Dogma" as Cardinal Glick pushing the "Buddy Jesus". Religious satire at its apex. Now that he is dead maybe the Catholic Church will make him a Saint, hahaha...
He will certainly be missed...
Blessed Be Brothers...
Yep z.monkey, too many important body's piling up these last few years to be a coincidence.
Especially when you think of that cardiac criminal creep Cheney surviving umteen heart attacks.
Missed 'Dogma'...may check it out this weekend, thanks for the tip...it will be a appropriate tribute in memory of what he was standing up for.
Regards...
Damn, first Robert Anton Wilson crossed over and now George Carlin. If Noam Chomsky goes next I'll be pissed off (knock on wood he doesn't)...not many great thinkers remaining now.
George Carlin was unique and will be missed.

Thank you jrb...that is the video I had in mind to link, but couldn't locate it.
George was pissed and didn't mince words.
It was tough to watch 911 slug Bill Mahar praising George on Larry King last pm...when George was on to the 911 cover up...while Mahar is part of the cover up.
The hypocrisy was dripping out of the TV set.
Regards...

Noam Chomsky thinks the 9/11 conspiracies are nonsense. You sure you still like him?

Regardless of what Chomsky thinks of 9/11 he is one of the great thinkers of our age, just watch some of the documentaries or interviews with him and you'll see. :)
Nobody is ever right 100%, but then again is anyone ever wrong 100% either? Isn't it all in the mind of the beholder, dare I ask... :)
I too will miss George. But, you have to remember that he was also against the global warming scam and the stupid idea that we can destroy the planet. He felt, as I do, that the planet was here long before us, and will be here long after we go.
As far as his 911 observations, I can't say as I did not hear that. Leftists only seem to remember the things he said that they agree with. Conservatives have done this also. I respected him for his humor, and public commentary, and the fact that he spoke out, no matter what the popular view might have been at the time. Most younger guys will not remember this but, he was the first comic to appear on a brand new show (the first one) called Saturday Night Live. Of course, this was during his drug years, which he fully admitted to. (We all make mistakes) I will miss him. I really doubt that he was murdered though. He was old and he had lived hard. Remember Sam Kinnison?
I will drink a toast to him tonight. He made me laugh during a time when there was not very much to laugh at. I thank him for that.

Sam Kinnison died in a car wreck, and he was not under the influence of anything. The other driver was. So it was really unfair and sad.
I also did like Carlin quite a bit. He got a little bit bitter toward the end with his humor, but I was still an admirer of his wit. As far as whether he was murdered, you know, everyone dies. Even the anti-establishment people have to die sometime.
Another perspective...

Well, that certainly qualifies as another perspective. I will not comment further other than what I have said previously.
Bill
Those ppl at Westboro are real a "hoot"....
Arn't they the same ones that protested and screamed hate messages at the families of fallen soldiers who had died for their country in Iraq... At their funerals?
Yes, they are.
If anyone deserves hell it's people like that....
If one of them tried that at a funeral i was attending, they might acheive it rather quickly.
