This is a switched capacitor system that harnesses the potential difference flows to power a load.
The basic principal is to switch six capacitors of equal capacitance and then harness the PD flow.
Currently, the system uses 3 phases.
Voltage inputs can be increased to any value desired provided the capacitors are rated for the voltage.
This is one way of scaling the system the other would be to increase the capacitance of the capacitors.
