im expecting a conditioned cell  to be a cell that has a build up of trace minreals or eletrolitte on the plates i have been running well water and after about 5 changes of the water i was gonna switch to distilled water and i should not need electrolitte as my cell will be conditioned altoho this is just a guess

and expairments for in a short time from now

if your going to brute force (lots of amps) i would say dont bother with conditioning, on the other hand if your trying a meyer/lawton/ravvvi conditioning will provide a layer of god knows what, its white, insulation helping limit flow. some say that switching cathode and anode to leech out both helps too (the white coating falls off instantly if switched so best to do this before conditioning).
