Hello guys I have a question. I purchased a Pulse generator from Aquapulser.com (looks well build unit). So before I go farther what do you guys think, should I get a Rotary pulse Transformer like Meyer used and do pulse it with the PWM ( As I know the Lawton style PWM's are made to pulse the rotor.) or I just use it without the transformer.? I saw on youtube if I?m not mistaken some guys just use the PWM?s with no transformer involved. How much different it would it make if I use a rotary pulse transformer? Also please correct me if I'm wrong in something.
Thanks
i guess theres only 1 way to find out....
be carful!!!!
i recomend low amparage..... :) but agin it is how it is wired that matters.... to your results

The alternator is the PWM and step-up transformer in one the way Stan did it. Dave Lawton's version is a bit of both the rotary pulse generator and the variable gap polarizer mixed together. Dave removed the alternator and found he got the same results without it. That to me says he's doing something wrong in the first place. His electric motor and alternator was only geared for a 1 to 1 ratio and Stan's is a 3 to 1 which is another clue to why he didn't see any change without it.
