I have attached some frame grabs from the video.

The electrolyzer appears to be simple and straight-forward with not so many plates.

If this is only a booster it is a lot different than if he is running only on water.
Running only on water with such low current appears to be difficult.

its direct plate design.
i wonder how he's able to get such efficiency(if he is getting any).
and i don't see any experiment which uses low amp usage and flat plates for hho generation except XOGEN.
i wish i could get some more data of xogen..  :-\
