Title: Low Rpm Electric Generator? How it works?

Hi everyone, I know that we can obtain energy from a single rotor and stator like the windmills. But we need that the windmill rotates at high rpm to obtain a good amount of energy. I have just seen a Testatika motor and you can see that testatika is running at low rpm (maybe very low rpm) and the generator is able to put out 3-4 kW.

It seems to be impossible to obtain 3kW from a electric generator running at very low rpm.

Any explanations?
