6l/100km !??? thats alot.
My Z-650 takes 6.5l without racing ;-)

Converting a 2 stroke engine is complicated -
because the design of the air filter _and_  the exhaust
contributes to the gas exchange.
(The air filter is not that big because there was so much
space left)
Maybe a Puch 175SV would be a good choice - but rare
to find. Because of the 2nd piston, the gas exchange is
no problem.
