Yes.  I saw this today and had an immediate mental picture of Nikola Tesla holding a lit bulb.  Makes one think "there is nothing new under the sun."  But that would only perpetuate the myth that the bad boys in government were not stealing these ideas as they cropped up.  Or would that...

Peace all!

Howdy Y'all,

Wireless power is in use all over the place already.  Radio is just the most obvious application.  Anybody have a "Tolltag"?  The Tolltag has a power receiver circuit that charges a cap to power the radio transmitter circuit that transmits your identification to the tool booth so that you don't set off the alarm.  It's been in use in The Republic of Texas for at least 10 years...

Blessed Be...

Yes, you are right but two different things are involved.  You talk about from some hundreds microwatts to some miliwatts wireless power transfer and they achieve wireless power transfer of more than 60W electric power to light a 60W bulb.

Also they spoke about 25% losses ...
To be honest - I have no idea about actual Intel Wireless energy system - how it works,
But fearfulness because radiation of mobil phones and high-voltage lines ... cancer etc ...
Will it (Intel Wireless ...) bring on same like fobia or even real cause of ?

Transmitting Magnetic Waves sounds like bullshit.  It's likely just
transmitting an on/off signal that controls magnetic waves in
the remote device.
