This looks a little like Roy Meyers "The Absorber" (similar energy trapping device) which might be easier to replicate as in a patent, no technical info is present. Unless someone already successfully replicated it and posted all the relevant values of the different components, I would say it is not worth it.

Merci Michel, mais je crois que c'est un brevet important et il le vaudra pour extraire si beaucoup
de dÃÆ'Ã,©tail que possible. Je vais ÃÆ'Ã, la ROC les images, accomplis la transcription ÃÆ'Ã, la main, fais ensuite
une traduction et essaie une interprÃÆ'Ã,©tation.

You probably noticed that the paper by Gillbert Darida is in Romanian and not French? Fortunately there are free Romanian-English online translators too on the web so after OCR you may learn about what was in Romanian. It lasts till the first French patent # 551,882 starts.
