If a modified standard turbine consuming water as fuel , vaporizing, compressing,focusing,(cumbustion chamber), at which point capacitor discharge would separate hydrogen and ignite it converting surrounding vapor to steam and driving turbine. Seem to simple? Has there been any high voltage coil/capacitor discharge hho units tested? Go easy on me I'm a newbi not a doobie.
