That is a pretty weird design to me, bottom to bottom and then the primary over it going half way into each portion. There's definitive geometric relation here and I would be interested if there was an explanation of its working and why it is setup in such a way.

It also reminds me of something I have read about pyramids, I'll have to look it up and find the exact reference...

Can you help?
possibly , somthing wrong -
or not understand.

wavelengs from 1000Mhz / 1 Ghz  is 30cm

from 2 Ghz them 15 cm.

so an quarter (1/4) wavelength (for the coil?) must be 3,5 or 7 cm !/?

The coil dont sow, like this ...

from what i see looking at the picture  and agin i have not seen the orginal pattend

i would have to say the length of the secondary is important!! also i would expect they are wound opsite dirrections and joined as 1 wire as well i bet the primary is extreamly close in mass to the secondary but agin just a guess

ist

looks like a hi teck transmitter

upon colpase it becomes a reciever  no?

what might happin if you were to fire 2.5 hz into it at low voltage and high amparage?  then what will be the result if it was 250 000 hz at hi voltage and no amparage?   the same?? result?

just some questions

I found the reference I was thinking of...

http://www.scribd.com/doc/6501842/Les-Brown-The-Pyramid

page 16, about the middle of the page, text is in italics...

it is better shown on page 20 with the energy radiating from the apex and the corners of a pyramid, so you can imagine with the cone having no corners the energy keeps going in a vortex and does not drain anywhere but the apex where it is greatly magnified.

>>Quite correct.  There were several in-print and out-of-print books that featured coils which looked exactly like that associated with German WWII/Pentagon 'flying saucers'.

However, as you can see, the coil does generate a hefty discharge while in resonance.
