Title: how can i change the amps to .5,1,1.5,2 etc to condition my rods.

hi,
i am using the dave's curcuit d-14 updated on 12 feb 08 only diff is that i am using the mosfet of higher value coz i was unable to find buz 350 rest of my wfc is according to Research Paper on Ravi’s Water Fuel cell Replication updated on 15-08-08.in the above curcuit when i connect it to the battary i get a constant amp reading of 1.46-1.50 amps & if i cut the 220 +820 resistance going to the -ve side my amps goes to 2.5amps & stays their (when i cut this resitance from the -ve side my resistance is still connected together & going to pin 3 of the 2nd 555 ic & the mosfet is also connected i simply cut the wire of the 820 resistance going to the -ve side.kindly tell me how can i change the amps to .5,1,1.5,2 etc to condition my rods

in Research Paper on Ravi’s Water Fuel cell Replication by Panacea-BOCAF On-Line University on page 38 their is a message posted which says Message: "I have duplicated Stan Meyer's work, and have taken it several steps forward. First, during assembly of the generator, I have found that you must tune the tubes to the same pitch. I do it with a simple guitar tuner. Just clip it to the tube and strike it with a small brass (to prevent polarization) hammer. The easiest............goes upto........I don't add the toroid until final assembly, and try to maintain a 1/8' gap from the top of the tubes to the toroid. I am currently running 70psi in the generator. -End".
can anyony anyone explain "and try to maintain a 1/8' gap from the top of the tubes to the toroid".

Toroid was used as a electromagnet with low frequency (20Hz) 1:10 high frequency is for electrolysis, up to 10KHz.
Magnets  affect the bonding angle between the hydrogen and the oxygen atom in the water molecule.  Magnetized water causes the hydrogen-oxygen bond angle within the water molecule to be reduced from 104 to 103 degrees. Only like that is possible to get massive production with low amp. Google it.....(Magnetized water)
