What is it about the UFO's and aliens in that video that is supposed to be 'familiar'? Do UFO's and aliens look like 20th century Earth technology and popular culture? ::)

Some of those images are clearly contemporary e.g. the 'artistic reproduction' at 2:47 of the guys with rifles in UFO's. :D
