Can anyone with HHO experience comment on the output of this device and the fact that it can run on a 90 watt solar cell? Also, 360 liters of hydrogen for 36 cents?

Hi.

Althought they have separated H2 and O2 outputs the Cell concerning energy
is ineffective, COP = ~0,63.
Suppose with this low output 0,25 l of pure H2/min is for laboratories pupose only.
