Title: blue printing and 3d cad services...just want to help
Post by: dsmer1991 on January 10, 2009, 01:59:16 AM
i am offering my services to this forum for auto-cad 2d and auto-cad 3d Inventor. anyone need anything drawn up or maybe just a hand sketch to see what it will look like when assembled in a 3d view. i also run the latest and greatest CNC equipment available on the market. programmed off of Gibbs-Cam i take ANY 3d model and turn it into a real part. cad and 3d models are FREE. i would like to contribute what i can to everyone on this website and can give off in pdf form also so you wont need cad to open it. jpg pdf and gif are a list of posts i can send to you of your models. along with the software compatible .sldprt, .ipt, .iam, dwg, .dxf, .iges and others that i can't remember.

these are my expertise and i would like to contribute any way i can.

like i mentioned i also program and run a 3-axis Haas machining center and a 4-axis Hass rotory head and a 5-axis Haas trundle along with manual lathes mills and grinders. i also run a Charmille 310 wire machine if needed. these services are not free but i have to buy material and setup time and shop time is not cheap.  BUT if you want some thing milled or drilled or machined in anyway shape or form. you send me materials and return postage and i will take care of ANY machining you are looking to do.   EMAIL ME FOR DETAILS!!!!!!!!!!

i do have a size limit on my equipment and my forklift will only lift so much so asking for a 30 foot diameter water hammer is not going to happen at my shop but a 5 inch one is easily taken care of.  i am just not going to cover to and from costs or material costs but if you want something cut drilled reamed bored or wired i can help you out in most circumstanses.

Bar napkins with sketches on them are more than welcome.

like i said i just want to help.........
