I need the blueprint or at least it could be a photo of the interior mechanism of a metal spinning top mostly as the photo below for a presentation and i'm impaired with my hands right now (got 2 fingers working right now) so i can't draw them on paper and i didn't found anything on the net so if someone got one at home and could unscrew it to take a photo of the inside it would be great.
Just be sure not make a kid cry by opening his toy in his face lol ...poor kid.
So thanks you in advanced PM me the photos ...my guess is they'll be too big to post here ? a trick might help though is to open the photo with paint.exe from windows and same it back as jpeg (even if it was all ready a jpeg)
it usually diminish the size in kb of the photo without removing too much quality and quality is not what i'm after.

Thanks blesser007, But it didn't show anything besides what we see normally ?
here i have a photo of one that i buyed in the flee market and i opened it up.
Hello Megaverse,
I think that's about it. When the handle bottoms out the spiral threads no longer drive it and it's free to free-wheel.

Hey an original Smurf top.....put that thing on Ebay!
Free to free wheel, add a melody and I think we've got a hit!
too late for ebay [somedayisle] it's in the garbage ...see it this way, the others will be worth more now lol and i got it for 8$ so it would be alot of trouble for not much. AND it must cost a fortune to send this bulky metal thing. (about 1/4 pound; 10 inch high by around 10 inch large).
and that's about it yes the mechanism is so simple it's decieving, really.
Here in this topic i have put up "off topic" the photos of the smurfs spinning top since no one was responding to this one so it's in the end of the thread. Thanks and see ya.
