This can be an Influence RF Hi Voltage Apparatus, that worked with Glastubes that touching the body and dont heat but it make Uv-light/rays and also OZON ( O3 ).

BUT also it give some Diatermy (Worming , skin and musckes) that work with RF (SW)
i have had my own different that was build
1940 up to moderne one (now).
To your apparatus , are some tolls for application existing? Than you can see , how to work with them
