I have some swamp land in Florida for sale very cheap if anyone is interested.
Maybe we could open source it and split the profits?

Bigfoot (MIF) came by my home today and told me not to ever talk about the land again. I never had any land for sale, I made it all up. I just wanted people to get interested in real estate again.
