That way you are sure how much you get into your body.
If you follow these simple steps cancer will never have a chance to grow, also diabetes type 2 will be avoided as well as pretty much all heart diseases. It's funny how it comes down to what nature gives us instead of what greedy, corrupt man made industry gives us. People should stay as far away of pharmaceutical drugs as possible. You are correct about diet and cancer connection broli...I believe it all comes down to the chemicals they put in our food products...which is why wild animals are relatively cancer free...except where they spray chemicals.
