Interesting movie, indeed ...
... but: the fx in the movie with the sliding objects can also easily be obtained when you place a speaker on the plate on which all the things stand. Tune it to the resonant frequency, and everything on the plate is sliding around. Indeed, there is something hidden in the big cylinder and what is hidden is the only thing that has a electrical connection ...
I can not see how he applies any kind of field, since no kind of emitter can be seen at all. Hutchinson always claimed to need a bunch of tesla coils and VdGs to obtain his effect. They aren't that tiny, so why do I neither see anything like that nor any kind of electrical field/discharge, no electrodes, no other means of applying a complex field ?
From my own experience, electrical fields that have any influence onto matter are quite dangerous. You neither want to have them close to your equipment nor do you want to sit that close to them.
Last but not least - the file on 'american antigravity' which accidently showed how the effect really works somehow disappeared from the web, but unfortunately not from the webarchive (archived website (http://web.archive.org/web/20041023143425/www.americanantigravity.com/hutchison.html)). (Video #2 (http://web.archive.org/web/20041023143425/http://www.uforc.com/Video_2.WMV): watch out for the string in the upper left corner ;D)
As much as I want to believe this guy found something real, in my eyes he is nothing but a illusionist ! But I must admit, I'm really interested into the trick he used for the jelly metal and the canonball ;)
Is there any scientific proof for the H-FX ?? I would be really interested in that.
