Well there you go. I have wondered from time to time what actually happens to the common wealth. Interesting to see the actual mechanisms used. I'm assuming it's the same in every country outside the U.S that uses the same type of system. Just makes you realize the monumental waste and outrageous sabotaging of human potential that's going on.
Ultimately though, in my opinion, the only way to counter this is to address and deal with one's own personal and individual innate greed. To effectively get out of the pool altogether, not just get my proper share of it.

The matter is even worse than I supposed when a few months ago the mass media started to advertise the "swine flu". Even Dr. Mercola is not afraid to risk his medical carrier and trust that millions of people have put on him:
