I think these are simple Quantum Balances of Emission and Absorption.
Emission would be a repulsive force and Absorption a pulling force it comes to my attention that it may be both classical and on the Quantum level using the Bernoulli's principle except that Photon frequency and Pressure is used to control Electron Orbitals and their attractive and repulsive forces.

it also may be possible that we can get the Emission and the Absorbsion frequencies of a Plasma lets say Hydrogen, we'll call the Plasma's emission frequency - Frequency {A} and the Absorbsion frequency {B}, if we alternate between frequencies on a fine timing of both alternating frequencies that we could indeed push and pull on the very fabric of the plasma until it fuses with another plasma particle(Proton), this technique may in fact lower the energy requirements to start a controlled fusion reaction on a more manageable level within the Classical level.
I would say it is more Atonement than power or might to get particles to do what you wish them to do.
I would call it something like the Quantum Bernoulli's Photo effect or something like that, we have to give credit where credit is due I think.

I'm thinking that this will kick the doors wide open for a Quantum Computer based on light.
I need to start figuring out how the algorithms will work in these Quantum Computers. They already have algorithms to factor large numbers in seconds for Quantum Computers, which would otherwise take all the computers in the world millions of years to factor.
