Hi Cap.
I am a moderate vegetarian, I don't eat meat of any animal, however I did drink milk but after seeing that video I don't think I'll be drinking it any more.
Juice from now on.
Thanks
Jerry ;)
Well Jerry, no matter what they put in it, we are the only species that drink milk after gestation.
That doesn't seem right to me.
I am now wondering if the 'milk products' that is in many products is also harmful.
Regards...
I always wondered, why I have to run always to the toilet
after drinking milk....
Now I know... :-\
If you also look at this video,
how they try to hide the truth by manipulating the news...
It is a shame...

People, please get this message out to as many friends and
email all your relatives so they can spread this !
Many thanks.
The question now is, what can you still eat on your daily bread at all ?
As I eat normally a lot of cheese on the bread, but cheese is also made from
the same milk products ?
What could be eaten instead ?
Bio No-Meat paste is always very expensive and
is not available always and sometimes does not taste well...
So what do you put on your daily bread to eat for a healthy
breakfast ?
My country drinks quite a lot of milk and other dairy products. Our national desert is a bowl of yoghurt with something in it. Larger than those 150g desert in foreign supermarkets. We buy it all by the litre.
We also have one of the highest life expectancies in the world.
Consuming milk may hurt, but then only by adding agony, but it doesn't seem to shorten life :-)
What doesn't klill you, amkes you stronger.
Milk, the white engine is what the ads call it here.
I am still using butter, but will today look into substituting it with fruit based spreads.
I am not hearing good things about yogurt either, and will look for more info on that when I get the chance.
Regards...

Some people call them "jam".

So what can we instead of milk products and cheese ?
How about peanutbutter cremes ?
Are they any good ? or too much fat ?

What kind of problems do you have ?
You are already on the no ads usergroup, so you
are the one who surfes the site very fast and I
just moved the database to a faster surfer and installed
a new website firewall software...
P.S. Use the blue Basic_Theme template,
it is much faster..

I think God gave everybody different tastes so that everybody would not be in the same place at the same time. lol
What I would do if you really needed advice on food products is to just go down to your local grocery and just get some samples of interesting foods and taste them to see if you like them, that is what I do, I haven't got to taste everything yet and probably won't because there is a lot out there.
I always look at the ingredients but even that really doesn't ensure they have put everything on the label. so some research is needed in some areas.
they also have Vegetarian Cheese that tastes just like cheese but I tend to feed the Rainbow Trout in the backyard with it because I try to stay away from cheese. but I do eat it from time to time.
I usually make my own breads but sometimes I buy it off the shelf, it tastes so much better homemade and you know what goes into it. I like homemade walnut or peacon bread. very yummy.
some people trust the labels and some don't.
well, have fun selecting your path on the munchies and good luck.
Jerry ;)
Some soy milk brands and cheeses taste pretty good ... Organic milk costs a little more, but worth it imo.
Stefan,
I neglected to make comment on the video you posted on the Fox/Monsanto whitewash/cover up.
I had posted that same video up a while back.
I seem to recall being attacked for doing so...its interesting that this did not happen to you.
When reading labels watch out for 'citric acid'...according to the worlds foremost 'honest' biochemist Joe Hart @ coljoe.com it destroys the oxalic acid which powers your immune system.

I have stopped drinking milk for a while now. I realized I wasn't a calf or baby, ignoring the extra crap they put in it.
From my cancer research the ONLY dairy product I eat now is ORGANIC low fat cheese or cottage cheese for you Americans. I use this with the budwig diet which is a mix of yogurt, flaxseed oil and flaxseed oil. This mix is either my breakfast or dinner. This covers most of your fat and protein needs. Do keep in mind that vitamin C or any other anti-oxidant is forbidden with this diet.
The rest of my diet consists of mostly raw vegetables preferably organic as well which are juiced in a masticating type juicer. This will cover all your vitamin, mineral and enzyme needs. As a bonus I recommend growing your own wheatgrass to incluide it in the juice. Wheatgrass is also called a super food because it's filled with vitamins, minerals and enzymes. It's extremely easy to grow it and it's very forgiving. In matter of days you can grow all the wheatgrass you need.
The only supplements I take daily are two algues, Spirulina and Chlorella. Again these are super foods and contain all essential proteins and much more. Chlorella is also a very good heavy metal detoxifier. I used to take some extra vitamins and minerals but I stopped after I started juicing. Allot of those are synthetic or mass produced with the capitalistic mind set.
Finally I recommend you always have colloidal silver in your home, either home made or a high quality brand. This is the strongest natural antibiotic which the FDA wants to kill.
STAY AWAY FROM DEAD FOOD
This includes:
canned food (you don't need this if you can drink juice that is equivalent to kg's of vegetables)
processed food (same as above)
fast food (you deserve to be hanged if this is part of your diet)
GM foods (same as above)
bad oils (only consume oils rich in omega 3 fatty acids, flax seed oil is one. AVOID trans fatty acids, corn oil)
refined sugars (we don't need any sugars at all, tooth decay has soared in the last 100 years due to the booming of this industry. If you need sugar either eat some fruit or suck on a liquorice stick)
synthetic sugars (unless you don't want cancer fast avoid these like the plague)
refined grains (only eat whole grains, this counts for rice and any other grain out there)
As for tooth and mouth health. Stop using fluoride filled toothpaste! For a while now I exclusively use twigs called miswak (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miswak (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miswak)) which you can by from ebay. Since I stopped using the brain numbing fluoride and plastic brushes my gums stopped bleeding and my teeth don't ache anymore.
If you follow this lifestyle you can throw away ALL your pharmaceutical drugs, you won't need them anymore. You will also never need to visit a hospital ever again unless you were in an accident.
Be as independant as possible. If you give your life to this satanic capitalistic system it will destroy your health completely. Corporate food companies do not care about your health. Their most important goal is profit. And they will do whatever it takes to get it. Wake up and take your life back. We all have massive potential but are brainwashed so badly that that potential has been forgotten.
You are heading in the right direction broli.
Thanks for the wheat grass info...is that a good source of fiber ?
You may want to see what Joe Hart (referenced earlier) has to say about what happens to food products within 3 feet of an electromagnetic field (juicers).
Not sure if yours was manually powered or not, but its useful for anyone reading here.
As Tech Stuff can attest, I am spiritually oriented as opposed to religiously...so I'm with you on the elite 'satanists' deal...there's just too much obvious evidence all around us to dismiss it.
Regards...

The juice which includes the wheat grass juice has almost no fibers. We humans would have a hard time processing wheatgrass in its raw form that's why you should extract the juice from it. When juicing the resulting pulp minus the wheatgrass can be eaten like a salad to improve the bowel movement. But most of my fibers come from the flaxseeds or other organic whole grains. Also the rest of the pulp can be recycled as compost for making very rich soil for growing some of your own food and wheat grass. In any natural process nothing is thrown away. If mankind lived by this process this earth would be a thriving paradise.
Currently I use a Lexen manual juicer which is a masticating type juicer. But I would not worry about an electrical type. The operating frequencies are 50/60hz which are too low to give any significant EM waves. And the motor itself is inside its armature which acts like a shield. What I wouldn't recommend at all is a centrifugal juicer which is too violent and destroys a lot of essential elements.
Should the flax seed be ground up, or will they serve the purpose whole ?..no pun intended
I'm hust into my non meat era...butter and cheeze are out also...so I'm just feeling my way in the dark, and your info is welcomed and useful to all.
If ya don't read Joe Hart ya haven't read anything.

It should be ground and eaten within 10 minutes since it oxidizes very fast. And if I understand the biology it should oxidize in our bodies by being an oxygen magnet for our cells. This is also why you shouldn't buy it ground or use an antioxidant like vitamin C. The antioxidant will completely nullify it.
I'll take a look at Joe Hart more deeply.
Did no know the re vitamin 'c' ...speaking of which and other great items check out tri-vortex.com.
A very reliable source highly reccommends that site.

Hi Broli and Cap,
many thanks for all the great infos.
So what is wheat grass ?
I can´t find a german translation with dict.cc ?
Is it something like chives ?
This I like very much to eat on a bread together with cheese on a breakfeast.
Especially with Maasdamer cheese.
Also very nice is parsley as it has lots of Vitamine-C in it.
Never use Vitamin pills, cause they have only unnatural processed vitamines,
which could be bad for your health...
Well and I only can eat wheat bread but no rye bread
as it is much too wet and I get gas flatulence (stinking pooping ::) ;D ) from it.
wheat bread is much better and more healthy I think...
So what could we still eat on the bread for breakfast and dinner ?
Marmelade is probably not good, as it has too much processed sugar in it...
So what can we put on the bread ?
Stefan, try to look for weizengras. Wheat grass is young wheat which is still in grass form. So it's not chives but you can juice that as well.
The only thing I put between bread nowadays is honey. No butter, no cheese, ESPECIALLY no peanut butter. You can of course be creative and make your own HEALTHY spreads. Again stay away from the processed or mass produced crap. You're better off supporting a small organic food store than some big super market.
But too much bread is not good either. You can get all the fibers you need from fresh grains like brown rice or ground grains. Which contain a lot less crap than what the the bread-backer puts in the bread. Unless you make your own whole grain bread which is easy nowadays with a bread machine.
Try to atleast make the budwig diet part of your diet and you would have a very good start. And avoid the crap I mentioned earlier.
And don't drink coffee either. Drink tea's instead. Preferably herbal teas and not the million flavors some big tea companies are selling. You can find herbal teas at local herbal stores. I mostly drink green tea, yarrow tea and stinging nettle tea. There are many more herbal teas so you won't get bored.

Many thanks Broli,
that was unknown to me until now.
I include here a link to a German site which has
lots of info on it for our German readers.
http://www.weizengras.de/
I will study it.
I have used the Budwig diat in earlier time
with lowfat quark and rapeseed oil
and bananas mixed in...
But the lowfat quark is also made from milk,
so how can we avoid this ?
Many thanks again for all your tips.
Have to drink again more tea and quit the capucino
I like so much... ;)
About toothbrushing healthly.
From:
http://miraclebrush.com/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=10&Itemid=29
American Indians used fresh bark from the prickly ash tree to clean their teeth. The sap from this tree kills bacteria. Mojave Desert Indians used twigs from the cresote bush and rural villagers in India used the neem tree.
Muslims use what is called a miswak. A miswak, or siwak, is a small stick with which the teeth are rubbed and cleaned. The end is shaped into a brush through biting or chewing, which serve to separate the fibers and release the healing herbal powers of the twig. Some advantages of the miswak are that is does not require toothpaste, water or a special area to use it, and may be easily carried in one's purse or pocket. It is also disposable and biodegradable - therefore, it is the ultimate environmentally safe toothbrush. Some people even believe it works better than a toothbrush.

So why is our normal toothpaste bad ?
Does the fluoride harm our bodies ?
Fluoride is a neuro-toxin...it also makes you docile.
It was put into the water system by Hitler to weaken the resolve of the people of Poland prior to the invasion in WW11.
Hydrogen peroxide is the best thing to clean your teeth...and the best plaque fighter available.

When I drink milk its always pasteurized low-fat 1% without rBST hormone treatment.
There are negatives to anything consumed. I'll say drinking soda, especially diet soda is far worse than milk. Look at Mountain Dew--it contains brominated vegetable oil.
Check out the list in the link, milk or cheese, only the best in this area, http://www.vtcheese.com/wheretobuy.htm
