can anyone explain materials and design of this. and give brief explanation how to build bench top model.
i envisioned using bicycle brake calipers to close the two hemisphere that turn it on- maybe in such a way that it could be throttled. and using bicycle disk brakes to control rpm.

please advise
Google for "Perendev" and you will find lots of information on this one
Why bother. Here is one that WORKS and is a lot simpler to make.

Is this motor a fraud? Is this considered OU? Why hasn't more been published about this? Has anyone tried to recreate this?
When can I stop being gouged by my electric company?

He said: "Sorry about the light.", Warped Plexiglass!... What does
he suppose makes this unit go? Nice <100% efficient magnetic motor
design though.

I suppose this video is also fake:

Hi, its not fake but is powered by his hand movements. try and see if it workes with a fixted stator magnet and you will see it will not sustain itself.
Fun stuff to try, but no cigar.

So will this work? If set up with identical materials, will I be able to achieve the same result? It looks too good to be true.
The other link posted by Doug56 I've tried to replicate with a friend. We could not get it to work, even after spending three days on it buying Neodym magnets.
I'm no rocket scientist, but this is becoming more and more of a hobby/obsession of mine.

LOL ;D This video was made by our own TinselKoala, AKA alsetalokin, a couple of years ago. No one has ever reproduced it. TK also seems to hint that it is a fake video made to fool the believers.

So I'll take that as a no. :-\
Pretty lame of people who have to fake videos. (Not just free energy, but in general. Gah, spending too much time on youtube! :o )
