Hi,
have a look at these 2 new videos from Moscow and Romania.

Are these any kind of USA HAARP experiments to influence eastern countries
or are these done from maybe
UFO motherships or some other arial phenomena ?

  Hello Stefan & All:
  The strange clouds may be caused by the Russian Haarp projects.
  They have many 3rd generation research centers with Tesla type related experiments and technology going on, and even though some places look like they may not be in current use, they are doing more with the Tesla technology than they are letting anybody know. 
Maybe we should consult them on OU?  Check the link below.

Not necessarily a result of "weapons" being tested. Could just be a guy with a weather machine. Not kidding you.

Probably the U.S trying their space weapons .

Perhaps they are getting countered by some sorf of defense and all you see is somekind of strange light .

Or maybe it is really an optical illusion ,  somekind  of illusion machine .

Maybe testing some new invisible Infrared Laser weapons ?

The clouds are there so it must have been done somehow...

   Plasma life forms have been around for a long long time.  Imagine something being intelligent that can eat any electromagnetic wave it wants just like trees eat light but these guys dont need roots.  Not very dense so they can go like a bat out of hell.  Able to buzz out a crop circle in seconds.  Follow our spaceships around.  Able to go transparent at will.  Absorb all sorts of emwave activity.  Cluster disperse communicate replicate.  Live. Die.

Yes, , it is very controvers discussed in german forum.

you can see ALL if "abnormal" pictures will be shown.

BUT i think, this MUST be different from rainy days hurricin or chemitrails BECAUSE this guy is following the google-earth month over month ....

We mus see, wait ,.
also see and controlling google-earth pictures

Looks alot like heat/steam vapor ring but millions of times larger.  Weather machine poked a hole in a pressure front?  What a strange sight.  Thanks for the view!
