Title: Bearden's 4th dimension is actually a time derivative (frequency)

Bearden describes longitudinal waves as having "time density oscillations". But what exactly is that?

"A longitudinal wave oscillates the rate of flow of time itself, about some steady median value"

How about rephrasing it as follows:

"A longitudinal wave causes a particle to alternate within a range of frequencies."

"....[R]etired Navy man Dr. Eldon Byrd (a controversial figure in his own right) is quoted as having said that there is a secret technology that allows one to modulate high-frequency waves onto a lower-frequency carrier"

This is like having a radio station that can only be tuned into by cycling through a range of frequencies and do so in-phase.

Bearden says (http://www.zamandayolculuk.com/cetinbal/scalarwave.htm):

"So the lower the frequency (and therefore the lower the energy component) of the photon, the greater the time component (and therefore the component of energy compressed by c-squared so as to make the time)."

So he is claiming that when a photon undergoes a local dilation of its frequency, the energy in the form of E=hf converts according to E=mc^2. Negative changes in frequency in a given locale increase the curvature of space in that locale corresponding to a increase of mass m. Positive changes in frequency f in a given locale reduce the curvature of space in that locale corresponding to a decrease of mass m. An inter-modulation of two photons will in effect have a daisy-chain of positive and negative changes in curvature of space (drops and increases of frequency respectively) resulting in zero net curvature. A longer wavelength will mean that these regions of positive and negative changes of curvature can exist across everyday or larger distances. If the observer and the region of positive curvature are co-moving, then objects in that region are subjected to a local "trough" of a longitudinal wave component.

The hypothetical longitudinal wave is therefore simply a gravitational wave that can be conceptualized below celestial distances:
Photons emitted by the powers of our solar system dilute their energy through many particles. A high-frequency particle loses energy and increases the frequency of a larger number of particles. Particles that are more closely tied together by gravitational means are more likely to distribute this energy evenly. The resulting impression must still be net directional, because the original energy had a direction. The subtle effect is a inter-modulation of the harmonics left at a result of the photon absorption. The frequency of such absorptions vary due to solar-cycles and other celestial phenomenon characterized by an alternating frequency (such as pulsars and variable stars). The result is very imperceptible undulations in the frequency of a system of mass particles whose inertia undulate in conjugation with this frequency.

If a pair of negative and positive curvature regions can be generated in a desired portion of an atmosphere, the gradient (potential) difference between the curvatures can serve as invisible "chair" which can hold an item with a directional force that can oppose the force of gravity. In the double-slit experiment, the amplitude components of interfering EM waves are standing. However, to demonstrate the levitation just mentioned, one must find a way to devise an apparatus which allows a frequency gradient be fixed across space.

If we could interface with the standing waves produced by our
power grid,,we would be in like Flynn,Seems a tuner could be built to resonate such a large occurrence.I have been looking at
a long (28 Gauge) wire across several metal buildings on stand-offs,
using this on one channel of scope,and I have an OLD 2 to 8
Ghz sig gen for the other scope channel.
