Title: Electrical Energy Economizer
Post by: Tesla_2006 on March 15, 2006, 07:37:24 AM
Hello, Here is a link about reduce the electric power costs in a house by using a circuit transform de reactive energy stored in a condenser to active energy , so we can have a load get power levels of kilowatts but the electrical meter don't shw indication, this is the link

             http://www.gratisweb.com/econo/Eng/Ecoe.htm

Of that web site you can download free the paper to deduce and build that circuit

Bye

As you can see, I went to the site you posted, but I can't find the article you mention.  Can you give us a better site or something?

Thank you.

I wish I could download the site info.  The 'Web address you cite says I'm forbidden to access it and the second link was just an ad ("Daily Groupon")?.

Use the url to search in google. Google finds it at first place.
Access the site through the cache link. voila.
But I can't access the Paper2.zip .
If someone could tell how this is done....

All text!

Due to the insitence of many readers of my articles and  papers, I make this publication
of a work that it has made much polemics in the area of  tariffation of energy
electrical, in this case, it is considered an electronic circuit of capable power from eliminating  almost totally the electrical consumption with a load, that is to say, it is considered a black box that upon connecting it to the net of 220 V AC makes possible that any consumption, as a  heater , jacuzzi, etc, they operate to their full capacity, without traditional energy meter domiciliary make practical indication some.

This work was exposed in an Electrical Engineering Seminar effected in November
of the year 1998 designated Seminar On Technological Innovations In Systems of
Distribution accomplished in the Galla  Hotel Of  Viña Del Mar in Chile, whose intention  was to show the mistakes in favor and against the clients in the measurement and  rating of energy  electrical, this circuit puts emphasis on the favorable case to the consumers.

The paper corresponding to this work was published and filed by the Universities and
involved companies, and furthermore it was published in Latin American Engineering magazines Electrical, in particular, it was published in a sponsoring magazine Megawatts call  N° 224, Page 40 ,whose  N° would be requested to the following mail for conference:

                             sales@edigar.com.ar

Or well it can be decreased the paper making click HERE

In many other expositions that I have made have adapted the circuit to charges of high
consumption as electrical cooking stoves, heating, jacuzzis, without the meter is moved
practically.

In the practical life this situation is sometimes appreciated in ancient solders machines  in
where it can deal to the measuring turning inside out .

The developed circuit is a graph in blocks of the same , not the specific circuit   in
yes, the one which not I publish it in detail since is an intellectual property, but   that it can be armed by anyone that it knows to design circuits with power electronics.

The calculations and estimates are made for electrical decrease nets tension of 220
VAC , 50 Hz, for the zone where I live , but  they can be adapted perfectly for
other conditions as  i.e. , 110 VAC, 60  Hz  valid in USA and other countries.

For caution, not I make me responsible for the wrong use that could be given to this circuit and to the paper published, since this publication is only of informative character so that the consumers of domiciliary electrical energy may have an explanation alternative before counts very high in price.

Any doubt or question may able to do  to my mail:

Thanks by reading and considering this cultural contribution.

what is this actually saying ?

that we can place our load within some kind of feed-back circuitry,
that alters the potential at the back side of the meter?

thus giving the (false) appearance of less consumption?

Maybe it is saying that every electrical load converts much less energy into other form then we are computing from equations, the rest is returned back to grid and we are paying for it while in clever system it can be reused even many times.

Something along the concept of CFL's. High frequency makes high rate of repetition of returning back the same amount of electric energy in circuit and thus effect looks like CFL's are 80% more efficient then incandescent bulbs.I sure however that in correct resonant circuit such incandescent bulb can be also 80% more efficient (well, maybe a bit less due to heat looses)

Thank you, Shokac.  That linked reference does run on this computer, since its hard drive has a .ZIP software package, even if it's heavily filtered to specific uses.
