so i drained the cap all the way down to .6vdc and recharged it took bout 5 min ... to fill but it drained a fair bit from the battery .. so i think if we can keep it with a certain operating range it will take little to fill and keep it topped up then if we were to drain it right out ..

it charges quite quick ...

NOW DO REMEMBER THIS WORKS LIKE A SELF ACCELERATING PULSE MOTOR .. more you take faster it will recharge .. i have only the 1 cap to test with ..
