ive seen it here somewhere and i dont think it was under gravity.

its a wheel with 8 arms attached to it. 4 out of those 8 arms have a pivot attached to the wheel that moves depending on its position. all thanks to gravity and mometum of weight shifting (pivoted arms) wich becomes centrifugal action? all at the same time.

anything strong enough not to break easily. all arms are of equal length.

*would have to run tests on different arm lengths.

never mind...i dont think it will work!
